Re Submission Form

Effective from 2024 onwards, re-submissions and requests for new CC (Commitment Certificates) and LoS (Letter of Support) will adhere to the updated processing scheme. This adjustment more accurately accounts for the time and effort needed to fulfill requests from IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada), CVCA (Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association), and/or ARs (Authorized Representatives). Please ensure all fields are completed, and note that Apex Investments Ventures does not conduct eligibility assessments before the submission of a re submission application by the CCo (Company/SUV) or AR.
