Mana Hosseini
Managing Partner
Holding a joint MBA and JD in Law from the University of Toronto, Mana brings a unique perspective for consulting and investment. In addition to providing business consultancy services, Mana is also an astute investor, serving as angel investor for the past seven years. She is a member of various angel investor, venture capital and incubator groups and an accomplished business strategist and business plan developer. In 2022 Mana was nominated for the prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year and DMZ Women of the Year.
Ramin Behzadi

learning in starting and growing ventures. Relying on both failures and successes, he has gained the ability to lead ventures in their
growth path and execute on a great exit strategy. Amongst these abilities, Ramin’s strength is in negotiations and relationship
buildings and defining an effective business development strategy.
Angelo Del Duca
Chief Due Diligence Officer
Has extensive experience in the electronics industry and holds an engineering degree from the University of Toronto in Electrical Engineering. Angelo is an active Angel Investor and is a member of the York Angel Investors, Maple Leaf Angels and the Spark Angels assessing potential investments opportunities and mentoring companies seeking investment and business growth. He was named Angel of Year (2016-2017) by the York Angel Investors and was recently elected in 2020 as Chair of the Board of Directors for the York Angel Investors.

Benjamin is a graduate of the biomedical-electrical engineering stream of the engineering science program at the University of Toronto. He previously worked as a research engineer at a Toronto area hospital, where he was involved in the development of medical imaging devices.
